Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in reporting, writing, or production roles
• Experienced in research, news judgment, and story development
• Proficient in scriptwriting, copywriting, and content creation
• Excellent organizational skills and production management
• Could manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with content management and audiovisual platforms
• Follows the trends & best practices
• Camera know-how and field shooting/producing experience
• Analytical, structured, strategic, and philosophical thinking skills
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Adaptable in fast-paced work environments
• Got meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deep research for making content
• Mapping and approaching experts for interviews
• Assist with end-to-end video production, from plans, briefs, and logistic preparation to day-D shooting and post-production tasks
• Write copy & script for social media posts and videos
• Fill in as a host or video talent when needed

Work arrangement: Hybrid (Jakarta)
